Since 1971, Anderberg has never lost sight of the key component to our success — people. Good, honest, knowledgeable, dedicated people who care about our customers, and always have their best interest in mind.
Customer service is everyone's job. Whatever their work may entail, from converting custom envelopes and commercial envelopes, to offset printing and letterpress printing, to direct mail services and beyond, at Anderberg, customer service is always listed as the first responsibility on every job description.
All Anderberg employees (including sales and customer service staff) follow these steadfast customer guidelines:
Never stop learning. A large part of excellent customer service is knowledge and expertise. All employees receive regular technical training, as well as specialized training in serving our customers.
Be organized. Be respectful of your customers’ time and get all of your questions asked and answered at once.
Lobby for your customer. Customers want their representative to be their eyes and ears in the company; the person who lobbies for their jobs.
Be proactive. Get to know your customers needs and anticipate what they want before they even ask.
Accommodate your customers. Work with their schedules to fulfill their wants and needs.
There's no such thing as too much communication. If a customer calls you to ask about a job, that's a signal you aren't doing yours.
Abide by the "no surprises" rule. If something goes wrong (and we all know it can), give your customer an immediate heads-up.
Call us at 952-848-7300 or stop by our commercial printing facility at 6999 Oxford Street in St. Louis Park to meet the Anderbergs and our friendly customer service and sales representatives. They’ll make you feel right at home and show you how to get your printing project done right, on time, and on budget.
